What a flow ! Question : what if the nock is not properly aligned with the string when you pull the arrow from the quiver ? Are you preparing them in the quiver before shooting ? Thanks for the video helping a lot.

Mihai if i may answer the young man. When you pinch the nock in preparation to shake it loose from the quiver you already know by feel the orientation of the nock a slight roll of the fingers and you feel the flat sides which is the groove of the nock you keep the groove aligned where you feel the flat sides against your thumb and finger. This way you know how the nock is oriented during the nocking phase. I hope this was helpful.

Please, Where can I get arrows like yours?

So, you are shooting on the thumb side of the bow but, pulling the the string with your fingers. I have been studying your draw. Is the index finger along the rear of the shaft what keeps the arrow from going wildly right?

mihai, do you use the KOCH NOCK on your arrows?

Sir, I think it would be better to have a demonstration at full speed in context, then break down the particular skill (the loading phase) into its component parts (the movement of the drawing hand to the arrow in the quiver, the grip on the arrow, the withdrawal of the arrow from the quiver, the movement of the hands towards each other, the nocking of the arrow on the string, the gripping of the string, the drawing of the bow and the release of the arrow) individually from different angles and then in sequence starting in slow motion, then faster and faster until you reach full speed. This demonstration would be best done without dialogue - the auto generated CC made no sense and was very distracting. Our different languages need not be a barrier but we need to be very deliberate in how we explain things without verbal language.

He has an older video called "My personal method of shooting by Mihai Cozmei" where he does that.
