The reason Tupac stands out from all the other rappers and why he is the best rapper is because when he rapped. Everyone knew what he was rapping about and everyone felt it. It was also poetic when he rapped, none of it was made up like these punk ass "rappers" today. He was speaking the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
