perfumeandcigarettes It's really good to be able to connect with someone who understands. Well, for a little while i was totally obsessed with Jeffree and i would spend hours looking at his pictures, lipsticks, and videos and then i started noticing how self centered he was. I ignored it because he was beautiful to look at and really funny, plus i like the idea of a guy wearing makeup if he feels like it. But then i went to school and one of my friend's asked me if i knew Jefree Star and i said yes, and she told me her friends went to meet him and he told them to "go die in a hole" for no reason at all. So they were really upset and started talking about it. Then i ignored it for a bit more and the turning point for me was seeing how much he sexualizes EVERYTHING and promotes sex and honestly i can't stand that at all. It was mainly me believing in God yet following all this stuff that totally goes against my faith, you know? I don't care if a guy wants to wear makeup for art as long as he's not denying himself. Plus i dont know what anyone thinks because im not in their heads. But if someone starts being nasty and mean for no reason..... I'm out. lol

Just from looking at your profile picture, I love your look and sense of style! 😀 I absolutely agree with you on everything you said about Jeffree. I remember him from his myspace days, and also loved his look and his sense of humor. So when he started his cosmetics line, I bought a few lipsticks, which I now never use. His videos and Instagram show how incredibly self-absorbed and materialistic he is. It's all about his extravagant lifestyle. Plastic surgery, purses, cars, etc. The biggest problem I have with him is his promotion of drug use to young girls!! I'm sorry to hear he was so mean to your friends 😢 I now research the creators behind indie makeup brands as well. I'm so glad you have your strong faith to guide you! It sounds like we are a lot alike!! ❤️

I love Melt so much. I'm in stupid love! 💘 I got my first order in May 2014 and ever since then I have barely worn anything else. Stupid love is now my signature lipstick, so many people ask about it. My best friend loved it on me so much her and her girlfriend bought some and they love them too. I ordered shady lady and nood and was so excited to get them first because they are vegan and my cousin wouldn't stop raving about them , sad because the formula is not great , when you put them on they kinda flake I see little balls of residue I don't know how to explain but for the price yeah not good , and also why not post regular people wearing your lipsticks you seem to only post these beauty muas with with a huge following no one really normal , colors are nice but that's about it
