I really enjoy this song with Maurice singing lead. He had a lovely voice. His preference was musicianship. He also had to compete with the two very distinct iconic voices of Barry and Robin. I always thought this song could easily have become a hit.

Leadvocals by Maurice, not very often, but always to enjoy. The first song, he sang lead on it was in Australia, called 'All By Myself'. It's also a catchy tune.

Unfortunately whether they tried mainstream appropriate to the era (which worked for other artists) or inventive they got too little respect. 😫
