Hello, good day! If I purchase the DJI Mavic 3 Pro drone in the US and register it with a license, while also being a licensed operator by the FAA, what should I do when I bring it home? Am I allowed to use it in my hometown? Additionally, can I register it with the local CAAP office in Tacloban City instead of Manila?
