ABOVE GROUND POOL // Building 101 // The Sims 4
Hey, my little party animals and welcome to a brand new video! Today, we are doing a quick mini-tutorial on how to build an above ground pool in your game. You can do so many things with this-- place it wherever you'd like in the yard, or have it come off of the back porch of the house. This is just a fun way to incorporate something new into your builds.

You need to use foundations, not platforms!

Put in bb.freebuildmode I had to dig around to find answers because the same thing was happening to me but now it's working ☺

Do you know if you can build a pool inside the house but on the second floor without it going through the floor?

Mrs McMiller unfortunately no, whatever level you build the pool at- it will have to go down one level to accommodate the water!

Mrs McMiller No problem! And yes, you can use the pool tool either directly on the landscaping, or on a preexisting foundation :)

Make sure it’s either attached to the house’s foundation, or at least 2 tiles away from the house foundation!

So I normally get confused during build tutorials but this was really easy to follow & also enjoyable to watch! I like how you went slowly enough and gave tips to make it look different. It is simple but I love it for that reason, anyone, even me could do it! Also quite like the house, from what I can tell!
