...can very well understand Mr. Singh's frustration at Sanjay Dutt not having been booked under TADA. Because he cannot be charged and tried simply for illegal possession of unlicensed weapon, TADA is mandatory. Otherwise simply throw the entire case out of the window and not only pardon Sanjay Dutt but also ask him for forgiveness and give him a bravery medal.
