The story of Abraham and Isaac can be found in Genesis 22:1-19. It begins with God asking Abraham to take his only son, Isaac, to a mountain and offer him as a sacrifice. Even though Abraham loved Isaac very much, he trusted God and obeyed Him. Just as Abraham was about to sacrifice Isaac, God stopped him and provided a ram as a substitute offering.
