Don't worry if people have feelings for you. Just allow the positives to stick and the negatives float away.

Ha! My parents are masters at doing this! 10:07 They say that they immediately look for what is dynamic about those around them, even if it's hard to find. They focus on it intently and express it in a way that the person will derive benefit. Consequently, the people feel deeply recognized and appreciated by them and they want more and to return the favor. I think this is why so many love being around my parents. Meanwhile my parents get what they want - fun ppl who appreciate them in return.

This sounds very much like Kawonu Nawote. Very nice. It was a lesson I learned a few years ago and it changed my life.

Some how I never got notice for the question about Kawonu Nawote. It means Duck Medicine in Cherokee. Basically, it is like letting other people's stuff roll off your back like water off a duck's back.

How do you convince others that there is no competition? It isn't a part of my nature to be jealous or competitive but I'm constantly tripping over fragile and voracious EGOS that apparently can't STAND to see me just happily doing my thing.

That is a tough one. You can't change other people. I have walked away from jobs to get away from someone like that. It was hurting me physically and mentally to be around that everyday. I lost all joy in being at that job.

Would Abraham say to your comment "You can't get there from there" ? Have a read of what you just wrote. Why do you have to compete with someone's point of view to convince them there is no competition. You are coming from the point of competition. I think Abraham would say in their humorous way "Stop it" ❤️🌈 👍

Its' weird. One moment you feel invincible... and the next minutesomeone can make you feelinvisible. A constant struggle for some to rise above. But Who wants to constantly effort? Guess its' always something.

It's about learning how to feel comfortable with where you are. When people make you feel inferior, it's not about them, it's about how you feel about yourself. When you learn to truly love yourself and love what you have and love where you're going, you don't feel inferior. So many people loose out on the opportunity to grow from their interactions with other people because they instantly start comparing themselves. You gotta find comfort in your path, we all have our own paths and we reach certain points at different times.

i hear you. it's a learned behavior from childhood most likely. I think the last part of this recording helps where she suggests an actionable step, of complimenting and appreciating yourself ( like a ritual) and then going around and doing the same, day by day. it helps you realize the infinite energy more clearly. Peace and Love
