The soul is like water. When dirt is added to water it becomes cloudy and difficult to see through. As water needs to be purified, the soul too needs to be purified so that we may see God. When we ask Christ for forgiveness and confess our sins with sincerity, our souls are purified, if we allow God to take us though the process of purification, He illuminates us and we receive Theosis. Vision of Gods uncreated light. "Theosis" is a state of ecstasy

@@UnlicensedThinker Pride is very dangerous. When we are proud and full of the ego, we refuse to acknowledge that we need help. When we are in a proud state we are full of self and there is no space in us for God to dwell. When we go before Christ like an empty cup, and we humbly ask Him for mercy and forgiveness. If done with the right humble attitude. He fills us with His divine life and love. There are no words that can adequately explain this experience. Humility before God is the key, not pride.

Resistance is 3 dimensional law, therefore suffering is due to this,! Number 1 cause of suffering is not knowing who I am and living with the Fight or Flight Mindset of fear of loss as my core belief. When I know who I am...I am Love....the next thing is to process that for you to thrive....Here I am Love but I am tethered to a body that believes in Fear of Loss and only glimpses the miraculous belief to, Trust in Love..........As a collective group of Human Beings we are not transforming that core belief enough. Thank you to All the Love and light workers who are sharing this Now and in The past. I worked with ACM for the 365 day email workbook and it is now my only incantation when I first commence any meditation or get overwhelmed in daily life......I am not this Body or this Mindset...I am free...I am always the part of Love I be.....The hardest part about this knowing who I am is my body suit can't seem to process it and thus The Fear of Loss makes it hard for me to want to Be Love....as it doesn't Trust in Love.........I stay aware with tools from the likes of AH and JD and SG and the wonderful plethora of Lightful Love workers here and Now.....We are in a very Intelligent phase of Being Human...Love is All we Need. Trust in Love. Be Love and Beget Love. I say this to myself minute to minute and that is Being in The Vortex for MeX

I noticed in my meditation and positive processes years that some areas were aggravating but I can still say that I'm more overall positive than ever and having many high-flying moments during a week. I knew that every now and again old wounds are about to be touched and cleaned up. Now, thanks to this video, I know that this process is not a symptom of bad creation but meant to be thrilling for me. God bless the teacher on the hot seat

I can attest to this. The 6:25 comment especially. I thought I had to sort out all of my individual guilt issues especially over splitting up my family and leaving the kids unsettled with a broken home, and forgiveness for my father and his shortcomings and forgiveness for other family etc. One day I was meditating I guess by absentmindedly washing dishes and the feeling of compassion for my father and family washed over me. I then had the thought come to me immediately that he did the. Eat he could do as we all do and I need to forgive myself and show compassion for myself also. Because if I didn’t do that for myself but I did for him, then I am holding myself to a greater standard than I am others and that feels egotistical and hypocritical. So in that one instance of feeling compassion and forgiveness, I felt it immediately for myself also. And since that day I have never felt guilt or anger over any of the past actions of myself or others. So basically the past experiences of holding on to anger and blame and holding my family and others in unattainably high expectations have only served to help me by finally teaching me to forgive and understand and have compassion. And only by living that ‘negative’ experience have I come to a natural end of having compassion and love and understanding for myself. I don’t believe i could have made that leap without the other stuff first. It’s amazing how it wipes it clean out of your experience. I can’t even conjure guilt or blame anymore even if I wanted to.

And seeing what I’m capable of manifesting sometimes creates this increased frustration because I’m aware of what’s possible even when it’s not currently showing up. Hi Cacina, thank you for the comment. This truly was an all-time great segment by Abraham. Unfortunately, a couple months ago, my hard drive got corrupted and in recovering the files from it, I was only able to retrieve partial data about the tracks, like track number and stuff like that. Other information was unfortunately unable to be retrieved. I am in the process of re-listening to my hard copies in order to re-categorize the tracks to their specific workshops. Though this may take some time, so I may not be able to get back to you with the answer you seek for a while. I'll make sure to keep you posted with the progress.
