All I knew, for all my life was that I needed to be of service to everyone else. And that became a base line in my core. I drew more and more of situations to me that needed me to help, rescue, mend, heal, clean, sort through, uplift, give to, and more... but never did I take the time to be or do any of it for myself. 2018 I went through a servere depression that I didn't think at the time I was going to get through it. I didn't like my children seeing me in that state, so I cried out for help... and help came in the form of a life coach that helped me for free (bless his soul). He send me a book "Ask and it's given" ... and since then my life changed for the better, that even my kids now say to me that they love the new person I have become. The past few years I have learned to rest more to do things that is beneficial to my peace of mind and happiness. Thank you for your channel 😊
