Reason dieting does not feel good is because it is a harsh judgement on ourselves. That is why dieting never works or works for very long, ask anyone that struggles with their weight. Best way to diet is to start reaching for feelings of love about yourself. Don't list foods that are low in calorie on your refrigerator door, list things you love and appreciate about yourself and take note of those lists often, list your accomplishments, list the friends you love, list the friends that love you, always pick clothes that you love how you look in them, when you eat something, trust your body that it knows how to be at its prime healthiness, enjoy the taste of the food you eat and to do that, to really enjoy food, eat only what you are truly hungry for (that means eating not only what you want, but waiting until your body says, hey I am hungry please feed me and really enjoy what you eat-that is the relationship to cultivate).

I eat whatever I am excited about eating. Whatever feels and tastes good and is the least resistant food for me at any given time - that is what I eat. I move around in the ways I wish to move around. If I want to take long walks, I will. I don't PUSH or FORCE myself to do anything that consciously I would also resist.

I don't have an issue with diet or exercise but I think this is my most favorite Abraham clip ever. And I've been in the hot seat 3 times now.

Thank you for this video. I started with my body because I thought it would be easier than, say, lotto! But resistance is resistance. Upstream. I am trying to relax about my body and weight.

I think diet and exercise can you into the state of alignment and makes it easier for you to be in the receptive mode. Sure, it's action, but it's action that has good results.

I may try something new. As of right now, I am gonna try and work without looking at how much I am making, and just see where it takes me. Would be much less pressure on me if I just did instead of constantly thinking and overthinking. Thanks so much for posting this. :)

I know this isn't related to food so much, but this video really hit a chord with me. A couple months ago, I started working online seriously for the 1st time, after having done it passively for a long time before that. In that time I've made close to $1,000, which is more than I had to my name before, but I always keep obsessing over what I don't do instead of what I have. I'll get mad at myself for not doing this when I could have or said I would. I'm gonna try not to, in fact, (continues)

Can somebody please explain to me HOW you change your belief systems about whatever it is you’re trying to manifest/align with. I can say words and feel positively about stuff all I want but at the end of the day my core beliefs are set in stone, I could say to myself eating this donut will make me skinny .. or if I play the lottery I’m gonna win 1million dollars all I want but I don’t truly believe it deep down ... how do you obtain a different belief system ?!? I

Abraham says a belief is just a thought you keep repeating, so start repeating different thoughts to create new beliefs

Plant Spaced relax your body, relax your mind. 15 minute morning meditation is good I find. For me complete quite is best for me, closed eyes or soft focused on something. Then think and do things and think this that gives you peace, or whatever you think and do be in peace do and find things that makes you happy and content, first it might be difficult, but as you practice that it become easer, happens by it self, become your body want to be happy and and does not want to worry about anything whatever happened, and soon you have nothing to worry about. Affirmations.. .. . It's hard to believe in the beginning.. But when u make it habit ur subconscious mind starts to believe n make it for u.. . Or else.. .. Listen to subliminals.. . Check vedios about subliminal

I think you should try manifest by little steps. Just convince yourself that you can attract something, that in your mind is not that impossible, and as much as you do it you will realize that law of attraction is real. And at each successful attempt just try to make it a little harder. Don't try with the lottery at first. Maybe start by believing that you'll find 20$ unexpectedly. It's a little amount that will not change your life, but you'll be amazed to see that you can attract things. Also don't be attached to your desires.
