I have been listening to Abraham hicks for 4 years now maybe 5. She has been a life saver in my world. Those years ago I was going through, what I thought at the time was the WORST time of my life. My mother could FEEL my distress. All she said to me was "Abraham Hicks". I was in TRUE desperation and trauma at that time so I LISTENED to my wise mother and grabbed my phone and typed Abraham Hicks. I was hooked the first moment i heard Ester channel Abraham. I truly truly understood the process. I don't know why. I just KNEW THIS was my saving grace. Today when I'm in a "situation " i drive my car and bluetooth Abraham to my radio and i smile and laugh every time. She is the best person to remind me what i already know. And i now, for the first time in 40 years, have a very close relationship with my spiritual wonderful mother. Thank you Abraham for these free youtube reminders. They help me more than you know. I am such a strong light but sometimes I forget. But your words remind me: I am vibration. It's a KNOWING! 🧘‍♀️💖😘

@@cultivateoptimism absolutely! EVEN in the midst of contrast. True mastery is waking up (meditating first) and realizing you are not where you're supposed to be. I Love anyway, focusing on.... first my level of emotions, LISTEN (but not listen to the crazy around me) and follow my guides. I am so so so ready!

The good news is beliefs are just thoughts you keep thinking! And YOU have the power to change your thought! Therefore, you are in charge and you can choose thoughts that ARE working for you! And it can be easy! All you have to do is choose the thought that lets things work for you, and any time you think a thought in opposition catch it, say nope, and choose a new thought! Everything is always working out for you!

Step one is so wonderful because as we have contrast and know what we don't want then we can know what we do want!! And as we focus on the presence of what we do want we get more of that!!! It is a Universe based on attraction, attraction, attraction! You are the creator of your own reality!! You get to create it and it is irreverent what anyone else thinks because what they think has no power over you! If you focus more on what they believe than what you believe so it is what you are attracting into your life. If you are giving their beliefs your attention and are creating that as your reality... So wonderful!! So much love!!!
