Im not working because of an illness. Ive been meditating and getting better. But I feel so guilty when I do feel well and not working. I started working from home for the flexibility and feel guilty about how much fun it is..... I shouldn't feel guilty at all. Trying to feel DESERVING. I will practise this 💕

Guilt you nailed it! ’m a divorced pastor’s wife, I was condemned by religion and almost gave up on God. Abraham it's because of you why I did not give up on Jesus. Girl you got me thinking!

I feel guilty for wasting time because of my social anxiety. My birthday is today, I turned 17, and I wasted 6 years. Most of those years was spent at home. I’ve been crying for hours everyday since last week because I’ve realised that I haven’t actually gone and done stuff and have experienced life. It’s like i haven’t realised it until now. I just feel so bad. Even though I’m 17, I look 14/15. I guess it’s not that bad?

I hope you are feeling better. Social anxiety is awful and combined with depression, it can make you feel very stuck in life. I'm not gonna preach because I don't have all that figured out for myself, either, but I wish you well.🙏 One step at a time, dear.

The guilt! I feel guilt about being a single mom and being pregnant again..even tho I'm already guilty about my first daughter. I feel guilty that I don't do everything she wants and she cries. Rn it's the phone. She wants videos. I feel bad for taking the phone and watching my videos..but I know neither of us should be watching videos but I at least want her to do something else. I feel guilty for still wanting and contacting a man that has ghosted 👻 me w his baby...after having my first child w someone I didn't want to be with. Ignoring my intuition. I feel so guilty all the time 😂

I am so sorry that you feel guilty all the time...However, I love how honest you are with your feelings and situations. Your honesty lifts me up in some ways.. I really hope that you start forgiving yourself for all those actions and feelings of yours...Sometimes I do meditation of forgiveness made by Louise Hay and it often helps me..
