I love Abraham's message because it is in complete alignment with all of the ancient prophets true messages, those of unity, love and compassion. I love the arguments that can be had about demons and prophets and truth, because they reflect the uniqueness of human belief systems. I have such great appreciation for those who care enough about each other to the point where they try and help each other by arguing... And in the process come to see new truths in new ways.

It's not THAT you focus on something. There will always be contrasts, things we like, and things we do not. It's not ignoring them to change how you feel about them. It's not THAT you focus on something, it's what kind of focus you place upon it.

time is a perceptional thing... i always feel like if i look at a walk clock arrow going arond for 2 min i automatically relax. i always feel like if i'm conscious of time and how i want to use it, it will flow slower

how did she close the gaP? lets talk about this because it is really important. sometimes it is bothering you like a noisey refrigerator! by attention to anything you will get stuff like it! anything that happens isnt about what you think it is about ...reaching for the thought that feels better in a determined way...trying to improve the way you FEEL. its true and there are all kinds of things that are true that you dont want.
