I think there was a rule change on KZbin and that’s why it’s shorter now. I really don’t know. It also didn’t have commercials then. If I can find it in the cloud and can figure out how to share it I will. Thank you for being my angel this morning. I very much need to hear this today. you can do it, just relax and feel where you are. ignore what your mind is telling you and just feel your body, feel your breathing, feel what it's like to be in your body. when your thoughts tell you "i can't do it" you just say "thank you" and you breathe. if you're doing this to try and get something or somewhere, it's gonna cause tension and you will feel that, and when you do just relax it. you can do it, just relax.
