Can someone plz explain what in the world A.H means by “go general”? I’ve heard that 100 times all over her videos, but never ever an actual explanation what that means and how to put it into practice

Hey there. if you hear other segments of A.H you would get the meanning. Go general means to talk or imagine or think in the less specific way possible about a marrer or a subject. So when you are dealing with happy thoughts go ahead, ne specifis because the more specific you are, the greater you would feel and then you'll maintaining happy thoughts Hence you will be attracting things that match that good vibration. In the case of Bad thoughts that bring you Bad feelings, it would be better to go general because ... You don't wanna feed the monster. You know what i mean ? I Hope you get it now 🤞🏻
