Good stuff, thanks Abraham/Esther. You're a great guide. I disagree with you about a few things, but I appreciate the perspective, because I don't want to just be around those who always align with my point of view ... Why? Because that is how I learn. I've used to believe that you want to be the smartest person in the room ... Hell no, I want to be surrounded by individuals that are more intelligent than I am, and whom have different points of views. In the end, I decide what I think, but I like having individuals who challenge and teach me. That, and I love your sense of humor. 😂 Most people don't understand my sense of humor, but just remember that most of the time, I'm just being goofy and trying not to be too serious. I think there are some that get irritated by that. lol ... My apologies in advance. 😋

There is a difference between surrounding yourself with "yes men" and those who align with you on key subjects. Because you align with something doesn't mean it exists without contrast. If growth is your goal then naturally you need challenge...that is alignment. If you thought you needed to be the smartest person in the room it was insecurity ...nothing more. You can only be the smartest person in a room if you are alone😂 other than that everyone has perspective/wisdom or knowledge you don't have on SOME subject.. even children.
