Flashbacks happen without my control, even are sometimes over and I find myself in another place screaming. Its not a voluntary thing. I spend hours each day working to improve my thoughts and life, I have for a long time. Thanks for your suggestion.

I have asked the doctors who assist with my cognative rehabilitation about this, and they feared it would trigger a seizure (I take seizure meds though), however, I might consider modifiying for myself, and see what happens. Thanks for sharing information. best to you !

Moth82, you are correct it does feel like torture. I have been working on "letting go" of the past, intrusions (flashbacks etc) make it difficult, but, I keep trying. I hope to learn the skill you mention. I tell myself a story of being stronger each day. Thank you for your positive words.

Forgiving the many people who were involved in the trafficing and pornography and torture of my past was long complete. it does not make the scars, flashbacks which are over 100 per day, go away. It doesn't make the ppl who forever judge me by my past change, it doesn't stop them from discriminating against me. I appreciate your kind response though.

MsBunnyLove4Ever: the value of the contrast is a million times more beneficial than it is detremental, but only as useful as you allow it to be... you can either draw the power from it, or forever be a victim away from your now, but you can not enjoy it's benefits from your current place of victimhood... i've seen people forgive worse, and bask in their alignment more than those who had no such contrast to compare the journey

What happened is past and you can't change it. To say "I am forced" is quite unpractical, for you CAN change your most inner Feelings and how other act on you. This is what the whole ABRAHAM thingy is about. This is no question of the lacks of others, but your lacks and only yours. Are you even willing to be release your flashbacks ? Are you even willing to take some minutes every day and actually DO some process that help you on your every life aspect ? Consider it with some sincerity..
