This came to me at the perfect time. I have been assigned to a project at work that will go on for several years. Everyone is an expert in the field except for me. They didn't want to hire a ton of experts. So they assigned people like me with a few experts. All of the non-experts dropped out. The work is challenging, particularly if you've never done it before. Someone literally retired because they couldn't do it I didn't want to think about it anymore. I realized from listening to this today where barrier is, and how to approach it to make it go faster and better . I'm going to try this and I hope for success.
