According to what I read in the scriptures to make blended families work is to trust in God, there is nothing too hard for God. If god said it, believe it! It will be hard, there will be jealous feelings, and lies and all that bad stuff but God blesses a mess, just trust that its happening for you! All things work together for the glory of the lord! Trust in him

God Trusted Abraham and Sarah even tho they lied and called each other brother and sister to save Abraham's life, he pimped out Sarah to save hisself and he almost sacrificed his son Issac listening to God and God trusted and blessed them!!

This teaching like many other on Abraham are too shallow.. Abraham was NOT good husband. The fact that he laughed when he was told he would have a child and NO defend his wife when she laughed is ridiculously insane not to mention by pastors. When he heard about Lot been taken, he immediately went to help him but he gave his wife twice to other man to save his own life amd to gain wealth. God had to intervene each time to save Sarah. Abraham failed as a husband. He focused on himself and Lot and never understood the major importance of his wife but God did. If as a man we dont understand this, and fix it I'm our lives, we will continue to disrespect our wives as Abraham did.. I would he so pissed with Abraham like Sarah was. It was just right for her to demand Ishmael and Hagar to be sent away....

Someone sent me this video and I'm glad...I pray people go and read and study thyself approved and read with understanding Gen 11-24...This lesson is totally twisted, even tho Abraham and Sarah was impatient GOD STILL BLESSED HER, key detail Issac is who God made the covenant with and Issac is father to JACOB (ISREAL) and Esau... just dont listen..READ YOUR BIBLE

A failed family???? God blessed Abraham and made his seed as many as the sands and stars! Abraham and Sarah were blessed..smh shame on you for twisting Gods words.
