I had this about 10 years ago and my gp advised it would most likely need surgery, I did a 3 week water fast myself and the problem disappeared and hasn’t come back.

Use dupalac syrup day and night 2 tcp and before going to bed use Psyllium hylux of 4 to 5 tcp in warm milk and cream use GTN cream day time also night time @@JamesGower-ch5zj

I deal with them too and what helps me is drinking a shot of milk of magnesium after dinner with a glass of water. As long as it doesn't hurt when I go I'm dandy 🤷🏻‍♂️

Ive had a fissure for the past 10 years with constant hospital trips from pain, ive used rectogesic for a while now, it does help, i get regular botox also and its ruined my life, eating high fibre foods is difficult as i also have gastroparesis from type 1 diabetes...i will look into a bidet though

Boiled root veggies like potato and sweet potato with your meal really helps a lot with constipation.

Hello doctor, I got fissure last year when i was suffering from dengue. From last one year sometimes i got hard stool with blood and lot of pain. If stool is smooth then also i suffer from pain. For One or two months i don't get hard stool or blood or pain. It was normal but after again all these things started. And this thing was repeated many times. I eat fiber rich food, I drink plenty of water or sometimes butter milk, I walk one hour daily. Now again I am suffering from this problem .plz suggest me what should i do ? Is it curable only by a proper diet because i don't want any surgery. It is badly effecting on my studies and on my daily life. Plz suggest me.

Do intermittent fasting. Avoid sugar and too much hydrocarbons. It takes a while but it helps.

Use a bidet whenever possible, which may be less than half the time. Better than nothing. That element of trauma would be halved.
