I have been to Canada several times and live and work in London as a Quant. When u educate urself in Finance, and IT in the UK u will have more disposal income than most canadians. USA is an exception but they lack free healthcare and so unless u are earning a lot of money u could end up worse off than a UK person who understands the system. USA is not what u think it is. I would never want to live there.
