It’s really the hospitality makes everything so nice. People are so humble, warm and generous. The food is delicious because mostly very fresh. I’m originally from Izmir and don’t know these places. Thank you so much for making us realize our beautiful traditions. ❤️ I’ve been to Italy few times and people are also so nice and friendly, and Italian food is great. 😘🧿

And the hospitality of Turkish people is obviously number 1 of the world... I am very glad to watch your videos 👏👏👏 at the meantime, in Turkey, when we receive a generous gift or free things, we say also "Hakkını Helal Et" after leaving from that place, where we will not probably come again... when you say "Hakkını Helal Et" to the person, he/she will reply "Helal Olsun"... it is a traditional and spiritual phrase after saying "Çok Teşekkürler. For example, "çok teşekkürler, hakkını helal et"

Max, you should go to Ankara as well. Very good places to dine at. Ulus, which is the oldest city in Turkey has a great Iskender Kebap. As I told you before I am black man that fell in love with Turkey and there folks. You make me feel so good with what you do. Great job and keep it up👍

really realllllly beautiful, can't quite imagine kofta without salt, the meat must be super juicy and flavorful; great to see the charity truck with sweets, on daily bases; the master's deft skill in scooping out the meat from lamb head is so stunning; i love to try the lentil soup with lemon and the lavash bread with anything. You should definitely visit South-Eastern Turkey for amazing food, especially Gaziantep, Urfa, Diyarbakir, Mardin (Mardin is a beautiful city, you'll feel brand new once you set foot in there, trust me.)

But if I wasn't relaxed I would not be complimenting. Write this on your notes. You might find it easier to welcome an outsider then to go against him when he has/had no bad intentions. I lived in Izmir for half a year when I was studying there and the lokma you mentioned is given away not for charity but when some people relatives die they buy the lokma in the district truck so the people eat the lokma and pray for the person who died.

Today they posted their last vlog and that makes me very sad. . But they made such a good video series about Turkey. If u didn't know them I highly recommend them. Very beautiful hearts like u Max. You should try Diyarbakır cousine. Best liver kababs are served there. Meat of that regions is really different. A must-visit destination ❤️💯
