One point also to be added Sir, When people talk about j&k they take the history over a period of time let's say 75 years....but my argument is that The same place were the house of different dynasties...like kashmiri brahman, karkota dynasty 7th century,utpala dynasty, yashaskara dynasty ,hindu sahi dynasty etc., #now my point is even if the current population thinks that they want some sorts of session...my point is that how the hell can a territory be claimed my those people when there was #a demographic change occuring during Mughals and even further how can they claim over those landed territory when there is a High possibility of psychological modification due to regional separatist politics and infiltration.. ....now SUPPOSE some sorts of people come to "my' home and throw me out and start claiming there right over property....will it be fine on present annexation right ?

What i feel most people don't have any idea about what JnK is, Jammu = 10 districts Kashmir = 10 districts Ladakh = 2 dictricts Kashmiri Pandits are the original natives of the Kashmir which got it's name from Kashyap Meer means lake of Kashyap rishi, one of the saptrishis,. Muslims of Kashmir are mostly converted pandits who couldn't stand the cruelty of islsmic rulers. Jammu is predominantly Hindu dogras and Ladakhs two districts Leh Buddist people live there and Kargil has more buddist muslim population. The slogans you hear are from Kashmiri muslims who buthchered Kashmiri Pandits to change the demography of Kashmir and are now playing victim card. Kashmiri pandits were killed by friends, neighbours, students, patients, shopkeepers, colleagues. How else would an outsider find its way. For 30 years whole India was sleeping to our destuction, i am surprised when i see people upset at the removal of 370, Kashmiri pandits are the minority community facing extinction. Why there was no support shown to our plight, where were our Indians all these years, we lost an entire generation of kids as well as parents and grandparents who couldn't cope with stressful situation we were subjected to in camps of Jammu.

Common People across our nation does not know the real situation in Kashmir for so long years is because of the mainstream media, be it tv, newspapers, etc. May be due to political intervention from ruling parties before for so many years not want to publicize the issue, most of the Hindus are not aware of it. Also due to sickular mindset and Muslims minority in other states always used as votebanks for politicians these news did not reach common people. after abrogation of articles only many came to know what was real facts happened in Kashmir through nationalistic KZbin channels, still many tv channels which are owned by politicians did not reveal the truth, rather they twist the news in favour of minorities, which the central government has to take severe action against them

All kingdims were acceded to india or pakistan by the kings and that was only considerd valid. Some kingdoms acceded with pakisthan and som with india. Thus geographical boundaries was decided. Then people were given choice. Those people interested in being in pakisthan were allowed to go to pakistan and those interested to be in india were allowed to come to india. Thus people started crossing tge borders and got settled. No side or in no kingdom plebisite offer was allowed. In kashmir as the king decided to be merged with india that only valid as far as geography is concerned. If people were interested to be with pakistan then they have to be treated with second rule, that is they have to cross over to pakistan. That only is valid and just. Even now the same rule should be valid. If any kashmiris dont want to be with india they should be asked to go to pakistan. And all those pundits who were driven away should be asked to reshift over to their native place. If they r not willing or afraid then other non muslims should be allowd to shift to their native towns as exchange for pundits setling in outside kashmir. Then everything will get set right.
