I've been using your workout methods for almost two months and so far I'm loving my results. I've been doing the ab and oblique bootcamp, a cardio warmup, a yoga cooldown, and a thigh and leg slimming workout. you guys inspired me to workout no matter what :)

I just started using the Butt and Thigh workout this weekend... OUCH! In a good way. I have to be careful on what I can do because I had back surgery a year ago and I'm cleared to start working out but I have to take baby steps. Watching Kelli's videos is such a helpful visual tool to get back in the fitness game. So when I can't make it to the gym, i'll be sure to use these helpful videos and do my thing! Thank you so much!

Hm...sounds like you might want to do something low-impact then. It might be a little easier on your body.

I completed this workout, liked it a lot but it wasn't as abs-related as I expected o.O it felt like a semi total body to me. I liked it nonetheless, not as hard as some others, perfect for a "not-so-motivated-to-workout-today" day

Just a handy hint for those who have pain in their wrists, hands or tailbone from holding your body up in exercises like side push-ups or planks, etc. There is a small, 1 inch thick oval pad that has grooves on the underside to grip your exercise mat and it gives an extra cushion in just the spot you need. It makes it easier to hold positions longer without having to sweat on a bulky mat the whole time. It has been a lifesaver for me! Mine is called the Rat Pad (although this is not an ad, so find whichever one works best for you) and is usually available where Yoga supplies are sold. P.S.- It has the added benefit of making Russian Twists harder by making you have to balance more and minuses the sore butt & tailbone:)

Her body is goals. I'm close to looking like her (i.e. Not a lot of fat but I'm not toned). I've been doing fitness blender videos for awhile and I'm also going to the gym to do cardio and weight training. I've seen pretty good results so far. Thanks fitnessblender!

Just completed this workout and I feel great! I feel off with my regular exercise after I lost a little weight, but I'm back to exercising to Fitness Blenders wonderfully challenging workouts! Feels good to workout and eat right again.

Love me a quick ab workout! Please continue to guide us through our breathing! I never hold my breath but it does help a lot when you tell us when to inhale and exhale as I tend to exhale a lot more than I inhale or at least that's what it feels like. Also can you consider having resistance band workouts? I usually squat with resistance bands but I'm sure you guys know of a lot more exercises that can be done using resistance bands. :)

I admire all people who do these exercises. They are all the ones I don't like. I prefer your video about standing abs. For women are abs exercises on the floor usually not so good because of the pressure on the female organs and pelvic floor (all is being pushed downwards). It is good to contract the pelvic floor before making each set of abs exercises.

***** It doesn't hurt but with time it pushes the female organs and pelvic floor down. People with a uterine prolapse should avoid these exercises for instance. But of course to prevent any problems, it is better to avoid these exercises from the beginning.

Sandra Carli Well for those who are not recommended to do them, they really shouldnt. especially those who are suffering from something restricting them from doing so. But your last sentence is like saying we should not exercise at all just because we risk injuries every time we do them. personally i think with correct form and careful instruction, most women should be able to do them without issue. unless they were told not to by health care professionals.

***** I have noticed that hardly any instructor advises to contract the pelvic floor. (which is also important for men) before contracting the other muscle groups. This little simple trick would help a lot. Since many people are working out by watching youtube clips, I felt the urge to write about this issue. Otherwise all those exercises are really not 100% healthy. It is like taking medicines with side-effects. On the one side the exercises make parts of the body fit, on the other side it damages others. Anyway,I want to thank you for your nice clips. For example I like the one about standing abs a lot.

Love this one! You two are the best! Question...do you think that you could do a 3 in 1 strength workout which would work arms than legs and abs last. Never repeating the same exercise. Maybe 40 minutes to an hour. That would be so awesome and works everything! Just a thought...thanks!

I'm Italian, sorry for my bad english. I just want to thanks you for your videos. My body is totally transformed; I was very skinny without muscles but since I workout whit u I took almost 4 kilos in muscles and I feel stronger !!! I hate those things. My range of motion is terrible and I always feel like I'm never doing it correctly. As a result, I probably don't get much out of it.

The oblique leg lifts are seriously so hard for me to do.. I always wobble and can't balance well.. which hinders the whole movement.. I do them for about 8secs then need to re-balance and another 8-10secs then more re-balancing.. *sigh* I wonder why it's so hard for me to balance..
