Those "bodyguards" really are absolutely worthless. And why were there only what, 2 or 3? With Carlotta at home by herself? And she should've had her own phone so Ivy wouldn't have to leave hers (Carlotta said she forgot it, but Ivy seemed to know it was there so maybe she didn't 'forget.' Not sure). And on top of that, if Ivy had her phone, then one of the guards or somebody there should've been able to call her.

See what happens to a person who have obsession with someone. I mean, just look at Arnaldo! He was blinded by his "rage" as he puts it. But in my opinion, he was blinded by his obsession with Ivy/Lily. He mercilessly killed Carlotta and cleaned all the evidence, at least, not all. Ivy knew that Carlotta was killed/murdered. Just, look at what he did! He cleaned all the evidence to make it look like Carlotta has offed herself.
