Senate investigating committee headed by delarosa trying to "bring out into the open" discussions about whether or not information about jr's alleged use of illegal drugs in the past is true or not. If that is true. Why rehass all those things that happened to jr when he was just a teenager? This obviously was just to "intimidate" and "debase" jr's character. Of course. The guy behind all of this is coming from his dear old friend duterte.

Right there and then. A "conflict of interest" is already present in that senate investigation. Delarosa can not and must not be rhe head of that senate investigating committee. Mainly due to the fact that his investigation is always pointing to "jr's alleged use of illegal drugs that could have happened even when delarosa is the chief if police of davao.
