12:00(est) I did Much ballet 50 years ago in college, a fair amount of social dancing in my 50’s and beyond. Now just starting an adult ballet class. My body may relearn …. but it is Very hard to keep even simple sequences in my head! I’ve done 2 of your lovely beginner classes. I Love the pace, and the clear instruction. Thank you!

I used to take ballet lessons when I was a kid and had to leave it due to a problem I had with a leg, I thought my body would had forgotten every proper movement, but I'm surprised I did it better than I thought I was gonna. I loved the lesson, I'm planning on getting this to my rutine, I really wish to gain back the flexibility ballet gave me and I lost through the years. Thank you!
