I think a potential benefit to building teams like tangled, undying and eternals, is we never know when they will add new characters that make those full 5 man teams

That's my thoughts as well. Getting a third Eternal doesn't seem likely at the moment but were they to drop a second movie I'd hope to see Gilgamesh/Athena maybe? That would rock as a Defender and Brawler respectively. Undying is 1/year near Halloween so far -- so as long as the game survives, we'll get that 4th and 5th person eventually.

@jacobbarnhart8770 eh with eternal you never know, unlikely to get a second movie, but the 1 movie had like 6 eternals. When tangled came out they said they wouldn't be adding to it for a while, but tangled came out a good while ago now, and imagine a full team of them, how unstoppable they would be in crucible

I love secret defenders in every way. They are the perfect mid game team. Pre apocalypse. And pre dd4. I never used them in arena. But to get below fifty, they are necessary. Between tangled eternals kang, and the top level apo superskrull, they seem the link as of now

Some further X-treme X-men and Superior Six insight to bolster your arguments for the aforementioned teams that may be of interest - I've been doing reruns of DD6 after my 2nd completion to continue testing different toons in preparation for DD7 character selection. In my current run, I took Nightcrawler, Gambit, Forge, Apoc, and Weaver into global; they performed extremely well. I was able to bring it down to 2 attacks for the first 2 global nodes and 3 attacks for the last. I haven't brought Cyclops up to G18 yet to include him in testing, but I am considering it, as I'm in a raid centric alliance. For city nodes, I have been running with Lizard, Kraven, Vulture, Robbie, and Shang. I would like to replace Shang, but Kraven really needs the healing, and Shang seems to test as the best 5th so far despite other available options. I would also consider dropping both Kraven and Shang if other options that offered better synergy arise. I hope that Red Goblin's kit will offer some interesting options on that front when Hive Mind drops.

For me currently aside from my superior six, photon is usually in my raid groups cause her blind helps tremendously when 1 hit can be the difference of one dying.

Does anyone know when they'll redo the Horsemen trials? I'm level 74. Apoc is a few steps off, but I can't unlock any Horsemen which impacts my Raids, particularly Mutant. I know they have a new mutant RAID team, but it doesn't get me Apoc and DS can get me up to Incursion 1. That's pretty good and T18 gear will be much more plentiful when I get there. I figure it's best to build DS and scoop up X-treme X-Men when the time comes.

since i didnt give a humid s**t about war i go with your list :D BUT i upgrade sin/sup6 to the heaven anyways because theyre such iconic chars and i love them so much! and as boomerino says i hope they see what they did and do it again with all those many many chars under those tags like avengers, x-men etc.
