Притягивать на шифт вниз ты должен в самую крайнюю часть анимации нажать выстрелом паутины и сразу же нажать пробел(главное не нажимать пробел два раза тем самым совершив двойной прыжок), и тогда у тебя будет большая инерция движения. То есть еще раз: в последнюю часть анимации при притягивании паутины ты должен выстрельнуть паутиной чтобы пропустить анимацию, затем классический пробел банихоп

Thats mostly up to you and your limits, but most people are half of the default which is 4 so i hope that helps you more, I play 1.30- 1.50 on Spiderman but most other melee heros id play like 2 or 2.5, Like i said its mostly personal preference and whats your dpi is
