VOYA: These light sentences for murder and manslaughter are also happening in the U.S., mostly via plea deals by prosecuters. We must do something to stop these deals. And early releases. 15 years should be 15 years. The sentencing laws hardly matter, if they are not followed and enforced.

See Abernathy vs Cunningham, 1967 - 8. After that experience I attended the Virginia Commonwealth University and got a bachelor of science degree by majoring in Mass Communications and doing a minor in mathematics from 1977 to 1983, after which I attended classes at Columbia University in New York, New York. I attended night classes at J Sergeant Reynolds Community College in Richmond, Virginia for several years before I matriculated into VCU. I wonder what the argument was about. Probably something stupid. He may have threatened to break up with her during the fight and she eouldnt accept that. People who are controlling of someone else and are told that person is going to leave them, usually can't accept that and their love for that individual quickly turns to rage. Who knows. He may hav looked at someone at the pub, or she may have thought he was flirting with someone, who knows. It would have been interesting to know both of their blood/alcohol levels at the time of the murder. Whatever the argument was about, I'm sure it wouldnt have warranted her response in taking his life. They say the brain isnt fullymdeveloped until someone is 24. So the consequences aren't something someone at these ages takes into consideration in the heat of the moment. As an older person, might have more control over themselves and their actions or responses to actions. Just a terrible loss for really, no good reason. I wouldnt want her in my neighborhood, or dating my son, that's for sure. There would always be reservations as to whether she might still be capable of this kind of rage?

I spent years in the same jail as her, and yes he was leaving her and she couldn't handle it, just like with her girlfriends in prison she best them up also... Rebecca Davis.. (Becky boy) from Cwmbran South Wales sold her story when she got out of prison about their relationship while at Foston Hall prison she's a monster and she didn't change in prison manipulated the staff into getting onto what wings she wanted and into getting her parole. She will always be a danger to not only her partners but the general public.. As us younger girls she used to try to bully and intimidate us.
