I agree. In fact lets step further. Are these kids people following OSHA regulations? They seem to be following a misconception of what "demolition" is. Yes you wrecking or tearing down a structure. But there is a procedure in place. In my life time I have witnessed many structures being demolished i.e. houses, office buildings, stores, etc. They do not just go smashing everything insight that could even compromise the very structure they a working to dismantle. There was no reason to destroy the toilets and let water run all over the floor making a tripping hazard and with broken on the floor!! This totally unprofessional and dangerous. Real demolition companies who take or salvage what is important. They strip the walls copper wire, if there is fresh lumber still on the floors take that. They usually start with the top floors then work their way down. They usually remove windows away from the structure to prevent potential harm or injury to the demolition workers. After that they the, bring in the cranes. That is why you see sometimes at denomination sites there is a pile of wood that could be repurposed, there is dumpster will with wire, etc. There is an order to do things. I do not see that here.

@@Michael-NYC I agree. Are these people too young to handle demolition? Are they trained? Are they following safety protocols from OSHA? Sadly that they are destroy perfectly functional appliances perhaps these are better than the ones they have at home. But being young and cocky can't see that logic. A more mature person would see this and may consider replacing his cooking range or refrigerator with this one if its better than one he has at home. Are sell it. May even collect the copper wire from the walls to sell it to a recycling plant.

That house is so old. Can’t believe the bathroom has an ungrounded outlet. Definitely unsafe. Bathrooms should always come with a GFCI to prevent us from being electrocuted. Great demolition work.

Habitat for humanity should be called in before these houses are destroyed. There are many building materials that can be recycled for a much cheaper price as they are through the roof right now, while helping a good cause and being a tax deduction. Help some homeowners do a bit of updating/fix things they have in their own house With things from these houses that will be destroyed. I myself have bought things from there and Not to mention the space it would save in the landfills. One man’s trash is another man’s treasure as the saying goes.

I'll just say for safety reasons I be wearing safety gloves and a shield around my eyes to protect my eyes that glass and mirror can fly and and hit someone in the eye and they can go blind. I think a safety first believe me. I even be wearing a hard hat that do something like that. Thank you.
