Well, the Guard sat there like a knot on a log and did not tell her to get out of the box...and then, everyone else followed suit and it was a hey-day for everyone to do whatever they pleased...they knew they could get away with it. So, the big problem is the Guard and never having any kind of "policing" at hand when needed. Just sayin'.

You can always tell, by the comments, which regiment is on duty. Lots of complaints about non enforcement of rules means the Blues&Royals are on. They have no problem saying “get off the reins” so why is “get out of the box” so difficult?

If the horse guards are inconsistent regarding the box lines then the people will not follow the rules..it has become hard to watch. BE CONSISTENT or have no rules. Its that simple.

I think there is a new order or directive according to the attitude of the guards. I think there is tolerance towards tourists who invade the cage, as long as they don't get too close or touch the horse. That's what I see.
