I ordered from them based on these reviews thinking it was reputable but no ma'am. The wig was stringy, color variation completely off and had the worse smell. I can not even get a return slip. Customer service is slack. I'm out 280.00 !

I’m sorry to hear that as a wig influencer and hairstylist it’s important for me to know that the wigs I get are the same quality my viewers get. I suggest reaching out them until they reach a resolution. I will also inquire about this for and see hopefully they can resolve the issues. Thank you. They respond every 24hrs or so but with no resolve. They keep asking for me to remove the review but I will not until the issue is rectified. What is the point in contacting someone with out sending a return address? It's screams scam. It's been like pulling teeth and we are still at the dentist bc they refuse to give the return address. We might have to just dispute it with the bank at this point. I will NEVER stop telling people bc returns should be just as easy as purchasing. You pay for a customer experience as well.

Yes! They asked me to remove the review but i said no until I got resolve and they finally did. I will never order from them again. It was almost a month to get a refund and return slip. I appreciate you and your efforts. But it was a clear bait and Switch for me. Maybe bc it was a colored wig.

They do want you to lie, because they refuse to give me my money back on a 10" wig that is supposed to be 18". I have been trying to get their address to send the wigs back so I could get my money back since December last year. DON'T BUY from them!!!
