Who's Who had a whole crew of cat themed henchmen remember?? In the room where he and Jinbe fought on Onigashima. Also on another note, Loki was not only blindfolded, but also specific on what kind of attack is gonna hit him. Sure the arrows pointed out the direction of the attacks, but Loki said what kind of attacks they'll be. Now a kick is easy to predict, but an uppercut more specific. So it is actually fair to say that Loki was using maybe not future sight, but a level of observation close to it. In addition to this, less you forget, he dodged Luffy's punch blindfolded too, and it seemed like he saw that coming as well.

What really happened was it was King Harald and Loki vs the God Knights. All the 100 slain ancient giants was because of the GKs and Jarul can’t remember do to the blade piercing his brain. Loki took the blame to provide validity to the prophecy and has been carrying the burden of Elbaph ever since.

I also feel like God's Knights were involved in this battle between King Harald and Loki. Whatever God's Knights and King Harald were planning like taking Elbaph for World Government rule was foiled by Loki. The reason Jorul survived must be due to him understanding what Harald was doing and opposing it and getting the sword in his head. That may be the only reason why Loki let him live and not kill him like other 100 guards and King Harald.

What do you mean by that? As the world begins to prepare for the final battle, obtaining the strongest nation on their side seems logical. I’m sure this isn’t the WG’s first attempt of hearing no from the Giants and that’s what led to the battle in the castle. It’s clear they don’t like hearing no as an answer and they attack onlookers hence them attacking the animals.

In your scenario, the Gods Knights would have been the root cause of all of Loki's misfortune, and they would have to be brain-dead not to realise why he wouldn't want to join them. But on the contrary, they spoke about Loki like they didn't know that much about him and complained about how none of their spies made it into the country to get them better intel to work with on him. Obviously the WG would want Elbaf, but I don't see how what you're saying makes sense unless they were somehow unaware of Loki's presence at Harald's murder.

I think the reason Gunko didn't show 'world noble' in the introduction box is because she has a devil fruit. I bet they have a rule where if you eat a devil fruit you technically denounce your godhood or something like that, but some god's knights may do it anyway to protect the rest of the nobles. all of the elders were introduced just with the beast name not devil fruit name, and still had saint title, gunko is the only world noble to my knowledge to be deliberately referred to without the 'saint' honorific

I think the arrow arrow fruit isn’t about arrows from a bow, but arrows like vectors. So she has to point in the direction of her target in order to use her fruit. That would explain why she can shift them into other things than just arrows. And how she wrapped them around the giant guard.

Tbh this whole elbaf incident sounds similar to what happened in Nepal around 25 years ago. It is now know as Durbar Hatyakanda (royal massacre) where 10 people died including the predator. crown prince himself was blamed for the massacre and later those who saw the incident said that crown prince killed himself. Investigation was done later to stop the rage of the citizens who lost their beloved (which seemed even researchers aren't taking investigation itself seriously) (P.S it all was to Brainwash the citizens into thinking crown prince was the killer which worked) and it suggested that crown prince actually was the murder but recent investigations by independent researchers and some nepali KZbinrs suggested with clear evidence that the massacre was done by multiple people or some other organizations (not a single person) and blamed it to the crown prince and killed him too which didn't happened with Loki but as what happened in Nepal citizens of elbaf start hating loki. Loki could’ve just ditched the deal with Luffy when he was offered a deal to free at the cost of losing his integrity and Giant-anity to become an enforcer for the objectively worst faction. Theres a Japanese wrestler named "Harold" Sakata. He has a black mustache and beard just like King Harold. Also, he was a tag team with a man named "The Great Toga". I think that Whitebeard ally Thunder Lord Mcguy might be another one of King Herald's kids as they look alike with the eyebrows & moustache 4. I just had a crazy idea @syv I’m thinking somewhere somehow the devilfruits got switched, somehow who’s who got the nika fruit when shanks took it. And the 2 nika god the giants refer to has to do with what vegapunk said , that zoan awakenings are rare because most of the time the devilfruit personality takes over. So the giants have 2 stories of nika because sometimes the fruit takes over, and others times the users will was strong enough

Aside from the chapter maybe Imu or someone else close to Imu has a devil fruit similar to sugars that allows them to make other people yokai and that’s how the five elders got their powers. It’s awakened so that’s why they are able to telepathically communicate and teleport.

So, I’ve been thinking this: is it possible the sword/helmet is being used to control/censor Jarul from saying what really happened?
