Join me as I revive my sourdough, and me a beautiful loaf of incredibly simple bread! 
I am a homemaking, homeschooling mother of 5, if I say it’s easy I really mean it! This bread is beyond simple and so delicious. I don’t make a loaf everyday but I do often make a “daily loaf” and I love it! I hope this make’s sourdough look as easy as it can be! This is the original recipe:
450 g Bread Flour
350 g Water
50 g starter
10 g salt
1. mix all ingredients well
2. Long ferment 12 hours
3. Dump into a greased loaf pan
4. Rise 2 hours
5. Brush with milk
6. Bake 45 min at 425°
