Hey guys how's it going? In this video we have a guy considers himself to be a survivalist go out to the Nevada desert for an off grid camping trip. The first few days go pretty well for him, until he picks up some mysterious chatter on a radio. From then on the things mount until he comes face to face with a weird creature.

This story was well told. It had a great description of the environment he was in so I could picture it very well. Spook, and mystery factor we’re up there. My friend told me her son was fishing in Galveston Bay last night and he saw what he described as a classic UFO coming straight out of the water it shot up to the sky and sped off.

@@bumblebee0369 I asked him he just told me that he saw 2 come straight out of the water and they danced around the sky for a good 5 minutes then took off. He didn't have his phone on him he left it in his truck so no pics or video. Since I was told about it I've heard at least 3 different people's stories about the same thing.

Tim said that realizing how long ago that 2013 was made him 'Have a moment'- and, when he said that: Me too!! 2013 was the year that I got clean. (Clean and sober ever since, with a couple slips along the way, tbh, but, it's a journey, not a trip) I'm still on the wagon.... Agreed👍🏻!! I would NEVER willingly go camping by myself, w/ NO dog, AND- in an unknown location👎🏻!! Talk about the triple crown of disaster making & happenings. I LUVed💜 the author’s descriptions, except…… 4 the being that crashed & trashed his campsite👎🏻. I feel that he could’ve fleshed out the strange, unknown being a lot!! Third watch and it still does my head in, how those beasts are just so hard to put down, and then have a government secret unknowns on your tail, who i know doubt believe, that if you had got to close to the truth, you would have had an accident,heart attack,or something similar, glad you are okay buddy, hopefully enough time has passed that you are no longer worth the time an effort, great story telling Tim as it ever was

Ooh! I did like this story. It definitely has that 2010's vibe. Back when myths and urban legends were really peaking, until 2016. Nowadays everyone seems to know everything, and covid pretty much fucked everyone.

Thanks Leaf! Can't believe your channel hasn't blown up yet, but a lot of people are starting to produce these scary story channels now, so, you have your work cut out. I was disappointed by the person who wrote the story in the very weak description of what they saw (considering all the other thorough descriptions in the story it seems a glaring omission.), there's too much left to the imagination, and I was not able to get a picture of anything from their description. But it was well read, and overall a fun tale. Thank you! ps. cidada is pronouned "sick AY duh", at least in Montana where I'm from. Maybe Canadians pronounce it differently, eh?

Oh 2013... Ground Zero on AM radio every night on the ride home from work [when GZ was still palatable] When the analog world was our primary cultural milieu and the internet was a place we visited. . . Uh...ouch? While I like a lot of the stuff on TheLeaf's channel...this is right down there with 'Akea Instruction Manuals' for 'painful to listen to'...I don't think I've ever listened to a 'survival-technical' story that's only 20-or-so minutes long, that had SO MANY technical flaws, inconsistencies or just 'bad info' in general, in it! I mean, 'this guy is on a bike (assuming dirtbike)', and he isn't worried about water...or food...or all that weaponry and ammo...' wow...he's like Minecraft dude...complete with expanded minechest...he's carrying 500-lbs of gear, to have made it to day-3! He wouldn't be using a 'UTC-Cordinate Map' (that would be a 'time map'...as in 'Universal Time Coordinate'...and, well, we could go on-and-on...it's like 'this is what Halo, Rogue Warrior or Resident Evil would sound like, if written by JK Rowling'! ouch...ouch...ouch...watch out for that top-secret, alien-infested, totally unguarded military base undergoing direct combat ops...they're brutal!
