What I do about obtaining. The actual coding guidelines book I’m glad I have an older. Book but what about those who are self study HOW DO THEY GAIN ACCESSS TO THE GUIDELINES

The guidelines are coming from the ICD-10-CM. The MCG Manual provides an organized view of the guidelines.

Educational. But I’m confused with the exercise #2 with HTN and CHF. I see this a lot at my work. But it always shows them coded separately I10 and 150.9. There’s no provider documentation. So should we just assume they are related? Thank you in advance

Hello maam! With your 1st coding example (walkthru), shouldnt it be N18.9- chronic kidney disease unspecified instead of stage 3 unspecified since it didnt really tell you what stage it was? Thank you!
