You can over-damage in phases 1-3, every hit I get after the spikes” spawning” formation at the bottom counts toward phase 3, and if you exceed phase 3 it bleeds into phase 4

It’s an animation cancel mechanic ^^ If you have quick slash, you’re able to turnaround to stop your attack animation sooner, and start the next swing faster
