Hi all,
Finally painting for the first time in my new studio! I made this painting for my best friend. She has a beauty salon and will soon be moving to a new premises.
This time a completely different style of painting, what do you think? I loved doing it and I think I will make more of it.

Thank you❣Yes offcourse: I used amsterdam oxyd black,Lucas Cryl Studio Gold, Amsterdam warm grey, Winsor&Newton Burgundy mixed with W&N pale terracotta, Amsterdam green blue mixed with Gersteacker olive green and last but not least: Amsterdam titinium white

Oh, the feeling I get is Japanese art.. Nice. What music do you listen to when painting? I listen to Glen Gould performing Bach's Preludes and Fugues when I paint.

I do not listen to music very often, I have a lot of headaches and my kids are loud enough sometimes so I love peace and quiet time when I paint 😅

This is so lovely and very relaxing to watch. May I ask what the first brush/tool you used? I love the way you use the putty knife. Just starting out in painting and this gives me some new techniques to try!

Thank you very much❣ it is a soft flat brush 7 cm wide. I love my paletknife, I used it with al lot of other paintings on my channel 😊 Have fun painting!

@@dominiquew5558 this one is from an artstore, most brushes I buy at a hardware store, but they are to hard. This one has soft bristles 😊 I Hope you can find one too!

Thank you❣ In this painting I only use acrylic paint. Not any paste. I use the brand Amsterdam and Winsor and Newton and Lucas Cryl.

Thank you very much❣ Yes, I used a special wallpaper.. it is called fiberglasswallpaper and I bought it in a hardware store 😊

Yes you need to be careful not to dilute your paint to much, if you use to much water on this paper it will give dark stains..

I used paint brushes for the background, and putty knife and paletknife for the details. Pastels, and pencils for the lines.
