Your flowers are beautiful and I enjoy that you just try stuff....that's how I like to learn and work as well. There would, however, be a lot of value to watching frosting technique by someone who decorates cakes as they already know how to do certain flowers and those techniques can be applied to painting with your paints as well.

I've been a customer for the past two years. Bought the nail and many of the art supplies from Gaffrey, but I never tried making the flowers on the nail. I have been doing it the hard way. What (acrylic) paint materials do you use for thick paint texture for use in your video? Only acrylic thick paint or acrylic paint mixed with another item (heavy gloss gel or super heavy gloss gel or modeling paste) ?

I tried modeling paste but it cracks when dries. I don’t wish to waste my thick texture items (very expensive for beginners).

How do you take the flower off?

If you put it on plastic like him (or baking paper)it won't stick in the first place but you'll need to wait for it to dry completely before removing it, and you can stick it on the canvas with acrylic paint.
