Abstract painting, learning to paint acrylic, beginners, techniques, step by step, tutorial, female

How to paint an abstract picture? This is not so hard. Even you, as a beginner, can copy this step by step.
I only use three shades of yellow, blue and red. I take a black and a white for that. The superimposing of the color creates an optical color mixture. Blue on yellow thus gives green. This technique is also called glaze technique. Elsewhere, I work with opaque layers of paint. Put the brush as a stylistic device. The line of the female body connects with the brush marks from the background.

Deine Ehrlichkeit ist verblüffend erfrischend😍. Wie Du die Kohle oder Kreide einfach weggewischt hast weil es dir nicht passte (die Meisten hätten es rausgeschnitten) und was Du über die Proportionen gesagt hast, ist einfach herrlich. Meine Mundwinkel sind noch immer nach oben gezogen. Deine Stimme hatte ich schon vor lange erwähnt, wie die beruhigend ist. Die passt natürlich wenn Du die maditativen Bilder malst. Du bist gut. Mir gefällt die Art wie sie uns am Malprozess teilhaben lassen. Die spielerische Art, die unkonventionelle Herangehensweise und dennoch klaren Hinweise sind sehr anspornend, man möchte sofort anfangen zu Tun. Heute ging es mir körperlich (Bandscheibenvorfall) nicht gut und ich schaue mir ein Video nach dem anderen an und die Schmerzen sind fast lautlos geworden. Danke für das Teilen! Helga

This painting intrigued me completely and I thought you had it finished perfectly until you added the white paint and then kept on going with adding more paint and changes to your original beautiful basic motif. This taught me a lot though. It taught me to be critical of my own work and more willing to walk away ......sometimes less is more. often mix my own colors (pigments with binder). if you have finished acrylic paint, add some water. if you have acrylic binder, 1x thin your canvas. Sunny greetings from Germany
