Yea - partially it should, as it provides shade -> draft -> is placed on water. But with that being said - I don't think it's a good idea to draw "eco-friendly" inspiration from this building

Austrian steel builder Böhler-Udeholm went bankrupt over this nice dome structure. Put in a way too cheap tender.
