Why no mention of the fact that bin Laden denied any involvement or knowledge of the attacks in the Pakistani press? And how did bin Laden's band of booze swilling, lap dancer fancying, 'Islamic extremist' CIA assets manage to achieve the impossible: "Stage 2 (1.75 to 4.0 seconds): gravitational acceleration (free fall)" -- NIST's WTC 7 FAQ Anyone?

Nothing ever happens exactly the same way, but patterns do present themselves in history... and in modern/postmodern history, once a nation or an empire reaches this point, there are 4 basic paths it can take: reactionary coup, socialist revolution, social democratic reform, or disintegration (collapse, civil war, secession, foreign invasion, vassalization, etc.) None of these things take centuries once a nation has reached the material conditions that the US is presenting. Edit: Even if the worst happened & a fascist regime is established, the majority of fascist regimes don't last longer than 5 years -- & _no_ fascist regime that I'm aware of has ever survived the death of its original dictator.

Prisoners in Abu Ghraib prison were turned into lightbulbs, forced to masturbate in front of US soldiers, threatened with poisonous snakes and trained military dogs, beaten and short shackled daily, etc. Most punishment anyone faced was a seven year jail sentence. Just as it has always been, convincing a citizenry of the reality that, it turns out, _they/we_ are, in fact, The Bad Guys, is critical... yet nigh impossible. No matter how far away the battlefields are, or how unethical and inhumane the fighting itself becomes, _every_ soldier (with only rare and insignificant exception), on both sides of every war, genuinely believes themselves a righteous warrior; that _they're_ the ones defending against unjust attack! The average soldier, even those serving the vast majority of truly despicable regimes, believe they are standing in the path of a clear & present danger to their homes and loved ones. People don't generally do evil things unless they believe it's the right thing to do. Convincing soldiers they're on the right side is the only way to get them to go to the ends of the Earth to fight wars, to willingly _give their lives,_ for the imperialism and profiteering of the people at the top. Ironically, when pumped full of these lies, and convinced of the importance of their duty -- *_defending_* the just, honorable, and righteous from the designs of the truly wicked -- that's why they feel justified, at least in the moment, to visit acts of unthinkable malice and evil upon the innocent people who have been demonized and dehumanized at every turn. That's what they repeated to all our brave boys and girls in Afghanistan and Iraq, not to mention Vietnam: "you have been shipped halfway around the world _in the self-defense of America!"_ _We_ are, and have long been, The Bad Guys. Not just vilified competition to Russia and China, but truly evil oppressors to peoples around the world who dare to have a successful socialist government. It has been painful to come to terms with, but following the evidence and the truth would have led me nowhere else. When I learned about the things done in furtherance of American interests, I concluded that, for example, to deny American sovereignty over any resource demanded (by the officials who always end up having long been in the jacket pockets of people showcasing the worst behaviors capitalism inherently fosters, by the way), even if it does not belong to or is not owed to the United States, is to be destroyed and forever portrayed as having been in the wrong. ISFP (and ESFP) are the most complicit, narcissitic-enablers. ISFP also tend to be 'oblivious-codependants' (look up the definition). This is why they end up in narcissitic relationship and breed with narcissits - risking producing more. All of these personality types are emotionally-disturbed; combined with relatively low intelligence (limited to reciting government academics, and manipulation in the case of ESFJ) this is the source of their problem causing behaviour, psychology, impact on society, as well as misguided mobs/flash mobs, controlled by ESFJ/narcissits. 'ISFP' and ESFP are typical morons who are recruited into cults. ISFP are also secretly hedonistic and literally have the inner mind of a child, hence their secrecy behaviour. They are more evil than they realise. Lastly, Judas-Iscariot is a classic ISFP. His 'oblivious-codependant' psychology/madness, is what lead him to betray Jesus. He just ignored the reality of what he was doing, and continued to fixate on the "reward" / carrot being dangled in front of him. ISFP factually have little humanity (ESFJ; the evil leader and worst, and ESFP are the secondary grunt). All these evil, unsustainable personality types are among the most common. So you should know why humanity is in the case it is in, and why history reflects these cancerous personality types legacy! I bet Hitler's hate for Jews was triggered by a ESFJ-Jew. A somewhat parallel case to this was the recent death of (retired) Major Ian Fishback, the military officer who was the whistle-blower of these sort of things. Growing up in the 1950's and 1960's I was fully indoctrinated on our superior nation. I went to Israel and Egypt on business about 1983. When I returned to Kennedy, I would have kissed the ground if I could have. Today, I'd love to leave America. But I'm old with no reason for an other nation to take me. Quote from his co-counselor; "Partly as a result of injuries he suffered while he was fighting the communists in Afghanistan, partly as a result of how those injuries were exacerbated by the CIA and partly as a result of his extended isolation, Zubaydah's mental grasp is slipping away. Today, he suffers blinding headaches and has permanent brain damage. He has an excruciating sensitivity to sounds, hearing what others do not. The slightest noise drives him nearly insane. In the last two years alone, he has experienced about 200 seizures. Already, he cannot picture his mother's face or recall his father's name. Gradually, his past, like his future, eludes him."

The sick people who tortured him got a high out of doing it day after day. They just wanted to watch a human being suffer so they could get their kicks from it. It was a very sick form of fun for them. Now he is still imprisoned because the CIA is afraid that he might tell people what happened to him if he were freed. In other words, they're keeping the guy locked up for life just to avoid a public relations mess. Humanity at its worst.
