Invest in a copy of the book: Fortress of a Muslim which gives all these Duas from Sunna and Quran and lots more InshaaAllah. Good to listen to a Shayk telling but you have to invest in good books by good authors too.

7 recommended positions in prayer 1. Dua ul istifah, the opening dua. Just before surah fatimah. 2. During the recitation of the quran (involuntary prayers, differses in obligatory ones) 3. In ruku ( oh Allah forgive me - in arabic ) Some school of thought say only in sunnah salah and should read recommended sunnah duas. Any mistakes plz do forgive me. 4. Rising from ruku 5.
