I made a Promise to myself 10 years ago that I will never depend on my Bro n Sis who reside in NY n Canada for Money. Because I m Financially independent my Bro n Sis hv been able to purchase property in NY n Canada n go on vacation every year..I I live my life frugal but not Stingy.I m also able to invest aggressively.Money can’t buy Happiness but it can sure buy u independence n Freedom n peace of Mind.👍Lots of Tibetans especially those living in Tibetan Settlements can’t differentiate between an Asset n Liability.They thk a Big beautiful House is an asset when it is actually a Liability.Liabilities can destroy ur wealth.👍

Nice cafe and with the ficus bonsai plant please do not water it everyday Keep it out in morning sun and water only after checking the soil if it is dry from inside the water because the thick trunk of the plant will get root rot and die if you over water it
