Had a thought while you were blending. When you first lay down your design layer, put another layer over it and just add some color around the perimeter of the card to establish where to lay down a new layer if mass producing a number of cards one stencil at a time. OR you could pencil mark the corners to indicate the placement of the 2nd, 3rd, ect. layers for mass producing.
