Do a public records request asking for date and time of the "ride along." When it comes back negative, inform the Captain that their vehicles are no longer able to be used in possession cases where objects are found in the police vehicles because unauthorized and unidentified persons have been in the vehicles and may have left items behind. Then circulate this video to the local public defenders office to make them aware that any client charged with possession may be able to call the police evidence into question because of this. Then inform the AG's office that officers are accepting s€xual services while on duty and may not be consentual.

If it was legit, they'll have a record of who the person was and why they were there for the ride-along. If no records exist, then.....someone was getting some on tax payers dime. Around 10 years ago I was seriously injured in a car wreck. I was the passenger in my friends truck and an intoxicated illegal alien lost control and punted the vehicle I was riding in into the reinforced concrete wall head on at 70 mph. A day or two after the wreck I developed cauda equina syndrome and was unable to walk and had emergency spinal surgery to decompress spinal nerves. The intoxicated illegal alien decided to take his case to a jury trial and I had to testify. I was unable to drive at the time due to my injuries and public transportation was not an option. The prosecutor arranged for a police officer to give me a ride so I could testify.
