Is why I think it’s best to have a neutral party to be successor trustee, when a parent chooses one of their kids to have all that power they have difficulty to remain neutral and end up misusing their power to mistreat the other sibling who’s a beneficiary. It happens enough of the time it’s problematic I think there should be a rule that the trustee has to be a distant relative or unrelated party to preserve the integrity of the trust to its original owners plan

I can write a book on an antire life of abuse ...at six months old completely tied up and bound... Aunt walks in feeling I was in danger while she was right the pillow over my face ! What a thought to live with unfortunately the abuser has a long history of implementing these abuses upon the entire family.. Except after Mom died ? I inherited two of them. For 10 years I have suffered emensly again the wrath of an evil outcome. Any contact info would be greatly be appreciated. I must get help now.

Should the beneficiaries receive this accounting after the 120 day challenge period has run its course? I am very uncomfortable with asking this only sixty days in, but the trustee is good friends with a distraught beneficiary and his family and friends who are unhappy with the terms of the trust.

You have no idea. I want justice and its gone on far too long. These people used this to cuber harrass and make my life a living hell. Then tell me I need to change. Why would I want that type of person over my agfairs. I would never have consented thats why I been abused behind my back. Not once was any communication addressed with me. I never saw anything.

Dew bowman All day go to court and petition an accounting. No judge will deny you an accounting. Once you have a judges order you have the right to subpoena bank records etc etc. once you have those you can find out a shit ton . No lawyer will tell you this though. Job security maybe ? Idk but still great to have a good lawyer because your gonna need their help once you do have subpoena power anyway.

I would like to know if the spouse of another beneficiary has any business selling an inherited house. He's also a douchebag I don't want mucking around in my share of the estate. My trustee actually had her son do everything and they tied me and my sisters money up in investments so that we couldn't received our $ he took advantage of my grandmms dementia and convinced her into doing a investment before she passed and he said that she lost the money within two months Wich was 400g and after that convinced her into doing a reverse mortgage so sadly ended up losing the house 1.2 million and as turning age 27 when we're supposed to receive whatever is in the trust found out couldn't receive anything because the trustee had her son invest the entire trust into investment s illiquid investment s I sadly needing money so badly made a deal with the son to give him the investment Wich is only 70k from all the money somehow for payments of 2500 a month for 3 years but he hasn't paid me but 100$ a month saying he's having money issues so that backfired even more on me shouldn't I legally have just received my 70k when I turned age 27 like the trust states isn't this illegal? To tie our money up so we cant get it and now I'm stuck with this deal and I'm not even receiving any money and he owes me 25g and this month only gave me another 200$ instead of my 2500 again almost a year of receiving 100$ this is so disgusting to me and disturbing how I can be stepped on like this is there anything I can do please I'm desperately trying to figure something out I've almost given up but I don't want to allow this crook to get away with all he's done I went from a trust with 1million dollars and a house to a 70k investment that I couldn't even get money and that's when I agreed to sell it to the crook out of desperation and here I am now receiving 200$ tops a month if my grandma can only see what he has done to me and my sister she'd be so disturbed and to watch as he just played my poor 80 year old grandma then threw her in a hospice where she was put in heavy pain nedication approved by off course this disgusting person against me and my sisters wishes she became a vegetable after she overdosed that night on these medication and had to watch for a week as she couldn't even talk or move her go in such a horrible way please any advice on this what should I do I'm so disgusted with this entire scenario I just wish she could of went out comfortable instead she went horribly in pain and unable to move please help me get justice idc about the money anymore I just want justice for what this horrible cousin btw has done to my family please help

hi, uh this is a bit tricky to understand but years ago I was bullied to the point i gave up on my social skills and was mistakenly diagnosed with autism because of it. The company that claimed to be able to help me and my family led us to believe this autism thing was a temporary measure and would end when i got out of school and we only found out later that they had failed to inform us that this was permanent. A few months back my grandmother who i stay with got real sick, like i thought she'd die, but pulled through. over ten years of anger and frustration came out because i was promised i would not go to a girls home but due to being misled earlier i have almost no faith the company will respect my dear grandmothers wishes and ship me off. if they do this what can i do? I've tried looking it up online but no luck.
